How should I buy turbocharger parts?

First, look at whether the protective surface layer is intact. Most of the parts are coated with a protective layer when they leave the factory. Such as piston pin, shaft tile with paraffin protection; piston ring, cylinder liner surface coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with wrapping paper; valve, piston, etc. after dipping anti-rust oil with plastic bag package. If you find that the sealing sleeve is broken, the wrapping paper is lost, and the rust-proof oil or paraffin wax is lost, you should return it.

Second, see if the glued parts are loose. By two or more parts into the combination of accessories, parts are pressed, glued or welded between them, they do not allow loose phenomenon, such as oil pump plunger and adjusting arm is through the combination of pressed; clutch driven wheel and steel is riveted combined, the friction plate and steel is riveted or glued; paper filter cartridge skeleton and filter paper is glued into; electrical equipment wire head is welded. If you find any looseness when you choose to buy, you should exchange it.

Third, see if there are any missing parts in the assembly parts. Regular assembly parts need to be complete and intact in order to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. Some small individual parts on the assembly parts will not work or even be scrapped if they are not installed.
